Individual Therapy

One-on-one therapy is a space for you to slow down, turn inward, and explore what's getting in the way of the life you want. Sessions are 50 minutes, at a pace that is entirely yours.
We work with a wide range of concerns, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, burnout, self-esteem, relationship patterns, and more. Your therapist will draw on evidence-based approaches tailored specifically to you.
Couples Therapy
TORONTO & ONLINE ONTARIO
Couples therapy at Kapwa is a non-judgmental space for two people to be heard, not to determine who is right, but to understand each other more deeply and find a path forward together.
We work with couples navigating communication breakdown, trust ruptures, intimacy challenges, life changes, and relationship transitions, including separation or conscious uncoupling.
Family Therapy

Family systems shape us profoundly. Family therapy helps members of a family understand how they relate to one another, and how to shift patterns that are causing pain.
We work with families navigating conflict, intergenerational dynamics, cultural tensions, parenting challenges, a child's mental health, or major life changes like divorce or blended family transitions.
LGBTQ+
Affirming Therapy

All of our therapists practice with full affirmation of LGBTQ+ identities. This is not a specialty add-on, it is baked into everything we do. You will never be asked to explain or justify who you are.
We support 2SLGBTQ+ individuals navigating coming out, identity exploration, minority stress, relationship recognition, gender dysphoria, family rejection, and the intersection of queerness with other parts of your identity.
